World-class snowboard equipment and apparel manufacturer Burton came to us to produce a series of in-store events that would reflect the lifestyle and culture of the brand. We took on the role and created a successful format for the series that Burton customers look forward to every year.
We worked closely with the Burton team to establish parameters for the vibe of the events. We carefully curated and booked national level talent (including Vacationer, American Royalty, and more) to complement the brand’s image along with the specific nature of the event. We determined the series’ audience and created targeted digital advertisements. We connected with local press to spread the word of the series. We utilized our street team to carry out a print campaign across the city. Finally, we ran all production including contracting, advancing, scheduling, lights, sound, and artist relations, and settlement.
The series has been a success. We’ve produced multiple events and are excited for next year. Customer response has been overwhelmingly positive, with each event drawing significant crowds coming to snack, shop, and listen to their favorite artists.
